Application of Use of VLT Facilities
VLT facilities are reserved for official VLT events and activities, and are not available to outside groups, except for requests approved by the Board. Submit your application form 90 to 60 days prior to the event, to provide enough time to secure VLT Board approval.
The minimum conditions for co-sponsored use of VLT facilities (main stage, Stage Left, kitchen, parking lots) are detailed in the pdf file below.
Application for use of VLT Facilities (pdf file) > This is the form submitted to the board for approval.
Contract for use of VLT Facilities (pdf file) > This is the contract to be completed and signed after the VLT Board has approved the application.
